We are committed to maintain your privacy and demonstrate that your personal information is very well secured. Please note that this policy only applies to the wristbandwholesale.com website and not to the websites of other companies, individuals or organizations. When any order is placed by you, your information will be collected, stored and used in accordance with this policy. We assure you that we will not disclose your information by any means to any third party.
Note: Please place order through online or by phone for secure means of sending credit card information. E-mail is not encrypted and please do not attempt to place an order via e-mail.

The compilation of all content, databases, graphics, page headers, images, text, icons, logos, layouts and look & feel are subject to our trademark, our copyright and/or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by wristbandwholesale.com unless expressly acknowledged as otherwise and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may use the contents of our website for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site only and not for any other purpose. Any unauthorized use of the contents of this website may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and may result in criminal or civil penalties. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to not produce phrases on silicone wristbands that we determine to be offensive, vulgar, violent, or in any way disagree with our policies, procedures, morals, and ethics.
ORDER PLACING PROCESS
Placing order
All products payment is due in full prior to the beginning of production. Orders can be placed online, over the phone or by email to sales@wristbandwholesale.com. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing the place order form.
We accept payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Pay Pal only. Wristbandwholesale.com will not produce any order prior to payment. We do not accept any other forms of payment other than ones listed above.
We do accept Purchase Orders (PO) from Schools, Corporate Organizations, Churches and others. However, PO order’s standard payment terms are due 15 days from the date of invoice. An invoice will be sent through e-mail/Fax/by any other means upon receipt of your order.
In case of missing information while placing your order like Artwork/Logo, you need to send that information with your name and order number via e-mail to sales@wristbandwholesale.com immediately. We will make several attempts to contact you about any kind of information regarding your order and if we do not receive the required data back on time, we are not responsible for any delays due to any such reasons while processing your order. We do inspect all the artwork sent to us to make certain that they meet particular requirements.
If there are any minor changes to be applied, we will perform them free of cost.
Products pricing
We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of a product is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable). The processing of an order can be cancelled or corrected by us at anytime up to the shipment of that order and any related items.
We reserve the right to alter all products pricing without notice. You will get the products delivered only after processing a valid payment that has been made and then your order will be shipped.
Wristbandwholesale.com will honor written quotes only.
Note: Due to fluctuating manufacturer costs, prices may change without notice.
Product Quality
Due to the nature of the production process, slight variations or minor visual imperfections are not to be considered as defective or flawed items unless endorsed by the manufacturer of the product. Our wristbands are made of 100% Silicone that do not latex. If you need a test report of any of our products, feel free to email us. We will be glad to do so. Our final products are of best quality in the market and satisfy every one of our customers.
Digital Proof
Once your product selection is done, you will only receive an emailed image “Digital proof” upon request. Digital proof images may not be accurate as they are computer generated images. We usually follow the standard Pantone ® color number for mixing of colors. If we do not receive approval on the proof sent to you on the same day, it causes delay for which we are not responsible. Once we receive the approval on the proof, the order is immediately send to production. Once the production has started, no changes can be made for your order.
Submission of order
While submitting your order, please re-check all the details carefully. If we are informed of any duplicate charges, we will promptly credit the amount back to you; however, we are not responsible for any succeeding bank charges that may be imposed upon you due to these duplicate charges. If your credit authorization is declined, the order will not be processed.
Order Changes/Reorder/Cancellation/Refunds
Wristbandwholesale.com will try and make changes upon your request only if the order has not started production. Once the production has started, unfortunately we may not be able to do any changes.
If you re-order, we cannot guarantee you the exact colors as in the “original” order because of several factors relevant to the mixing of silicone colors. Please do send us the PMS color from your original order prior to placing your re-order.
During the pre-production stage, we can do cancel or change your order with some additional charges that apply. However, we can prevent shipping to the said address or redirect it locally if you request us to do so.
There is no refund for production cost of any order. If you receive any wrong order due to any mistake from our end, we can redo your order with the modified changes only when the defective products are returned to us. Under any circumstances, wristbandwholesale.com maximum liability is limited only to the purchase price of the products sold. We are not responsible for any mistakes from your side.
Wristbandwholesale.com is not responsible for delays in shipping due to customs delay, carrier delays, acts of God that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. In such cases, wristbandwholesale.com will not refund the order amount or any other charges.
If wristbandwholesale.com agrees for any refund, the refund will be processed only after receiving back the product from the buyer.
We shall not be liable for delay or failure is caused beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, environmental disasters, war, civil disorder or industrial dispute.
Note: No changes will be applied to RUSH orders.
Production
Wristbandwholesale.com production time varies from 2-7 business days depending upon the product selected, quantity, artwork submission and service. Please ensure that there is adequate amount of time for production if you have any deadlines and opting for “normal production” timeline.
In case of Rush orders, risk of errors is high. So, we strongly recommend you to call-up so that we can meet your deadline at our ability.
Note: Production time and shipping time are separate periods. Both of them must be added in order to get an accurate delivery date.
Shipping
Please be aware that wristbandwholesale.com is not responsible for any delays on part of the carrier or who is delivering your merchandize. Additional charges apply if you re-change your address of shipment once the shipment is in transit. Additional charges also apply for deviating a package to another address in the event of any missed deliveries or the packages that turned back to our factory.
An automated e-mail is generated with “tracking number” when your production is done and ready to ship out.
Note: All Puerto Rico shipments are subject to $40.00 charge.
All International customers are responsible for any customs duty fees in their countries as it is not included in the shipping fees.
Assurance
Please note that once you submit your order, and delay any artwork submission or delay any proof approvals, our assurance policy will be void.
Limitation of Liability Terms
Under any circumstances, wristbandwholesale.com maximum liability is limited only to the purchase price of the products sold.
Wristbandwholesale.com is not liable for
- Any claim or action that exceeds this liability limit
- For any third party claims for damages against the customer
- For any malfunction of product, cause of delays, interruption of service, or loss of business
